Use of Services

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for shipments, including sender and receiver details.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments that are illegal, restricted, improperly packed, or non-compliant with customs or safety regulations.

Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship items that are:
• Prohibited under any applicable law (e.g., narcotics, explosives, currency, arms, or counterfeit goods).
• Perishable or fragile goods not packed properly.
• Items requiring special licenses or clearances that have not been provided. MDD Worldwide Express is not liable for any loss or penalty resulting from violation of this clause

Service Delivery and Timelines

• While we make every effort to deliver shipments on time, delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays may occur due to customs inspections, natural calamities, transport issues, or other factors beyond our control.
• In such cases, MDD Worldwide Express shall not be held liable for consequential losses or damages.

Shipping Charges and Payments

• Shipping charges are determined based on package weight, size, destination, and service type.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments are non-refundable once shipment processing begins, except as specified in our refund policy.

Customs Clearance

• Shipments crossing international borders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and inspections.
• MDD Worldwide Express acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for any delay, seizure, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
• All duties, taxes, or clearance fees shall be borne by the shipper or consignee.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for loss or damage to any shipment is limited to the declared value or ₹5,000 per shipment, whichever is lower, unless otherwise insured.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses (including lost profits, contracts, or goodwill).
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Packaging and Labeling

• The sender is responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage or leakage.
• All shipments must have accurate and complete labels with sender and receiver details.
• Improper or insufficient packaging may void any liability claims.

Data Protection

• MDD Worldwide Express handles all personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services or website if:
• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
• Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Indemnification
